SVMBS IPB University visited the Indonesian Medical Education and Research Institute (IMERI) Faculty of Medicine, University of Indonesia

School of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences (SVMBS) IPB University visited the Animal Research Facilities (ARF) at Indonesian Medical Education and Research Institute (IMERI), Faculty of Medicine, University of Indonesia (13/7). Prof. Badriul Hegar, Ph.D., Sp.A. (K) – Director of IMERI FKUI, and the management of IMERI, welcomed the delegates of SVMBS. SVMB IPB University conducted this visit in order to improve the management and facilities of its Animal Laboratory Unit.

The event was opened with a welcome speech by Prof. Badriul Hegar, Ph.D , Sp.A (K) Director of IMERI, then follwed by a welcome speech by drh. Tri Isyani TUngga Dewi, M.Si. In the meeting, the potential for cooperation between the two organizations was discussed. Following that, the delegates from SVMBS IPB University visited IMERI’s laboratory facilities. The visit provided a better understanding of the animal reserach facilities. (AP/DAR)
