A student team from the School of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences (SKHB) IPB, led by Iqna Mutmainnah, has been recognized for having the most informative progress report and outcomes. Their research, titled The Effectiveness of American Cockroach (Periplaneta americana) Hemolymph-Chitosan and Ageratum conyzoides L. Leaves in Open Wound Healing on Mice, was commended for its innovative approach and significant impact in the field of exact sciences.
The team, consisting of Iqna Mutmainnah, Andharani Zulfa, and Puspa Ushandi from SKHB IPB, along with Cornelius Purba from Chemistry IPB and Prinsela Lovena from Biochemistry IPB, conducted their research as part of the PKM activities funded by BELMAWA DIKTI. They presented their findings during the PKP2 evaluation with three reviewers from BELMAWA DIKTI on July 29, 2024, under the supervision of Drh. Dordia Anindita Rotinsulu, MSi, PhD.
This award was given at the PKM Award 2024 event, organized by the Directorate of Learning and Student Affairs (Belmawa) of DIKTI. The PKM Award ceremony took place at Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jakarta on August 19, 2024, recognizing the team’s contribution to producing research that is both informative and beneficial to scientific advancement.
